A rental application and back ground check are required

All prospective tenants are required to provide a rental application and submit to a background check to determine eligibility and obtain approval of tenancy.  The fee for the background check is $25 per person, (non-refundable)  *Prospective tenants approved for tenancy will receive  the background fee's in the form of a credit off of first months rent)

 All tenants must sign a rental agreement and agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations of  Bass Lake Mobile Park. 

Move in Costs:  First months rent and  security deposits are required prior to taking possession of the site

Monthly Rent $400.
Security Deposit $400.
Electrical Security Deposit  $150

       Total move-in costs - $950

Utilities   ---->   Tenants are responsible for their own utilities.  (i.e. Electrical, propanephone/internet services, satellite TV etc.)  

Pets

                                                                You are allowed 1 (one) small pet (dog, cat, bird etc.) with prior approval of                                                             the Management.  All state and county animal regulations apply and must be followed.
